How much does a company dinner in Barcelona cost? On each restaurant's cheapest group menu, the median is €35.75 per person. Counting every published menu, it rises to €45.

This is not an estimate. On Appetece we have 38 Barcelona restaurants with a published, priced group menu, 70 menus in total, because most offer two or three versions. The data is from 15 October 2026.

Half of the restaurants have a group menu under €36, and 32 of the 38 cost less than €50. The top band, over €70, is just two restaurants.

The neighbourhood moves the price more than you might expect. Median of each restaurant's cheapest group menu:

The Eixample has the most restaurants, and also the priciest. In Sant Martí (Poblenou, Vila Olímpica) group menus are the cheapest in the city. If the budget is tight, look at Poblenou, Les Corts or Sants.

• Bistro Marina (Vila Olímpica) — €25 (up to €45, three menus).

• Green&Burger (Sagrada Família) — €26.95, from 8 people.
• La Mar Bella (Poblenou) — €27.50 (€36.50 for the second).

Company dinners: what to check before booking

A group menu is worth comparing on more than price:

• Minimum party size. Several put it in the menu name: 4 at Can Trencadis and La Triunfal, 8 at Green&Burger and more than 8 at Bodega Bonay. If you are a small team, a 4-person minimum is easier to meet.
• Number of dishes. From 2 to 19 depending on the restaurant. Tapas Avinyó reaches 17-18 dishes at €29-35, made for sharing; Antic Pitarra and Pizzeria Elite, around 13-15.
• What is included. The per-person price is the one the restaurant publishes. Drinks, coffee and the private room vary: confirm when you ask for a quote.
• Do not leave it to the last minute. In December everyone books the company dinner at once: the sooner you send the headcount, the easier it is to lock in.
